Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask us to delete your ABVP Karyakarta account and all personal data associated with it — including data we received when you signed in with Google, Facebook, or Apple. Deletion is free and you do not need to give a reason.

How to request deletion

1. Through the support form: open https://karyakarta.abvp.org/support, choose Support Request, use the subject "Delete my account", and include the mobile number or email you registered with.
2. By email: write to support@abvp.org with the subject "Delete my account", from the email address registered on your account (or include your registered mobile number).

What happens next

• We verify the request belongs to the account holder (we may send a confirmation OTP or reply to your registered email).
• Your account, karyakarta profile, photograph, membership badge, sign-in tokens, and any social-login identifiers are permanently deleted within 30 days of verification.
• You receive a confirmation once deletion is complete.
• Records we are legally required to keep (for example, support correspondence about the deletion itself) are retained only as long as the law requires and never reused.

Facebook users

If you used Facebook Login, you can also remove the app's access at any time from Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → ABVP Karyakarta → Remove. Removing access stops any further data sharing from Facebook; to delete the data already held in the portal, please also submit a deletion request as described above.
